Absolutely! We’d love to show you around. Once we’re open, we’ll offer scheduled tours so you can see where your pet will stay and ask any questions before their visit.

We have dedicated windows to keep things calm for our guests:
Monday–Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM and 5 PM–7 PM
Sunday: 5 PM–7 PM
Need a different time? We can often accommodate outside pickups for a small fee—just ask! -
Yes! We’re happy to administer most oral or topical medications at no extra charge. Just make sure everything is labeled and clearly documented when you check in.

We’re a owner-operated lodge with a peaceful setting and a low-stress approach. We focus on individualized care, enrichment, and building long-term relationships with both pets and their people. This isn’t just boarding—it’s Creekside living.

We welcome dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes, and we also have space for small animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, and other pocket pets that fit comfortably in our suites or condos. Just reach out to check availability!

Just the basics—food, any medications, bedding, leash, collar and something familiar like a blanket or toy if you'd like. We provide clean bowls, and lots of love.

For dogs, we require rabies, distemper/parvo (DHPP), and bordetella.
For cats, we require rabies and FVRCP.
Proof of vaccinations is needed before check-in to keep everyone healthy.

We offer a simple bath service that includes shampoo, conditioner, a gentle rinse, and drying—perfect for a freshen-up before heading home! While we don’t do haircuts, nail trims, or brush-outs, we’re happy to recommend local groomers if your pet needs a full spa day.

While our lodge isn’t staffed overnight, we live right on the property and are always close by. We check in on guests in the evening and again first thing in the morning to keep everyone comfy and safe.
